Things you need to know

Ticket dates can be postponed at any time after purchase if necessary, refunds are not possible. 

Please note: There are no lockers available for storing luggage. Motion only provides an unguarded cloakroom. 

Children up to and including 12 years old may enter only if accompanied by an adult.

Tickets must be purchased online via our website. If you arrive at MOTION without a ticket we cannot guarantee that you can enter the experience.

Smartphones and SLRs can be brought into the experience. Tripods, lights, flashes and other professional photo and film accessories are not allowed.

For groups larger than 15 people, please send an e-mail to info@motionexperience.nl.

For every 5 kids' tickets, 1 adult must accompany them for guidance.
